The beds and facilities in the room were decent, and the location was convenient since it was near local transportation. We were also pleased with the hospitable treatment from the staff.

The complimentary breakfast wasn't given to us, even though it was part of the plan. the hotel staff failed to inform us that our colleague had already made an advance payment of Rs 500 for lunch from outside.

Our Easter stay had a lot of positive aspects. the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to many shops and restaurants. Lastly, the hotel offered complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day!

There were some worst aspects of our stay which were not fully satisfactory. One of my colleagues paid an advance for outside food, but when we received the food, the waiter failed to inform us of the advance payment and collected the bill amount from us.

During my stay, I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was immaculate and tidy. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist me with any requests I had.
